Ok So with this season ending we have to think about next year. We lose Brittle in the field. Firth, Moorefield, and Meyer on the mound. Is that it? McGibbon (who we really needed this weekend) and Wilkerson are both juniors. Do we lose either of them? If not I cant see how anyone isnt incredibly excited about the next few years of baseball.

hard to be excited when you look at the last 20 years and see the same fundamental mistakes this year that we hve made for the past 2 decades. We are a poorly coached team plain and simple.

Just stop.
I am excited, I love Clemson, if all you can do is complain just go pull for someone else.
But for real I want to know if anyone knows anything about our juniors. Will we keep most of them? I cant see them leaving, but I have no information.

I mean Im a junior at Clemson. I pay my student Iptay donation. I go to as many games in all sports as possible. I see the wins and the losses. Yet I dont get on here and complain about every little thing. Its immature really.
But still if your going to argue with me would you please add some constructive insight to my original question about juniors coming back?

this is a young team. I dont know who is going early, but there is plenty to be excited about. If we can spend our off season in the cages, we can play ball with anyone! We did let a couple games get away from us, but we mainly got beat by our lack of runs. I didnt always agree with the small ball techniques, but I am not sure that a young team would score any more runs if you let them fly all the time. We need some more consistent at bats and we are a top 10 (maybe 5) team with young pitchers! All Im saying is we werent a bad ball team this year, IMO we were weak with our bats and capitalizing on our opportunities... yes we have work to do in our off-season, but I for one am very optomistic and excited for our future teams!
