Further info regarding civil suit/players and ostarine

I spoke with Mr. Ariail, the attorney, and he said there are no plans to sue the NCAA or turn this into a civil suit. He said the process would be too expensive so, "as of now, it's over."
He did say he hopes the coverage from this forces the NCAA to take a look at an outdated policy and make changes so that further down the road, more student-athletes don't have to suffer.

I'm not sure that you have read much posted on Tigernet today with the exception to this post by Mr. Hood.
The NCAA is the only athletic testing organization that still considers what happened with the Clemson players a positive test.
Other governing agencies have now placed ostarine in a different category because of the frequency in which it is a very minor contaminate in otherwise legal substances.

similar incidents spread around the country that would get schools on board with seeking to change this asap. The NCAA is definitely out of step with other organizations on this issue. Not sure when the rules committees/membership votes on changes but believe that's usually in the summer. The appeals committee is just enforcing to the letter what is in place. They may have seen enough to say: hey, this isn't working and recommend change moving forward but their arms were always tied on this. Would be nice to see change in the next couple of years and retro'd to any impacted. There is still time for Galloway but ZG is done unless there is a change to rule and retro'd during the offseason.

Kind of funny how several T-netters are calling for a civil suit. How is a college student going to pay for the lawyers for that?

I met several ladies in my younger years that were proboner, but unfortunately none were lawyers.

the substance through athletic department approved supplements? It sounds to me like it does. Were the 27 supplements that tested for no contamination from the athletic department?
I hate it for the players that I know are innocent, but this sounds like it clears Clemson of even innocently dispensing traces of the substance.
