Is it me or is French just not that good behind the plate. It seems every game at least one passed ball if not more.

Bat has been much improved this year so far but he struggles behind the plate in my opinion. He drops more than I feel a college catcher should on top of the passed balls.

His bat is not much improved this year. He had a god 4 or 5 game stretch, but has since reverted back to the norm, which is lots of strikeouts and a low OBP.

Yea I do not know a lot about baseball talent but knew he had gotten better in what I have seen at the plate hitting but not sure what the deal is behind the plate. Looks into his glove like something is wrong with it. I would just full time DH him.

He does seem like one of the team leaders for what that is worth. Good attitude and has had some big hits when we were playing better.

Against Georgia he had to swap his mitt in the middle of an inning. Not sure what happened but I noticed he’s been dropping the ball a bunch today.
