I have seen with this team. For years that has been such a weakness for us and it's hard to believe that our best offense at times might be to drive the ball looking for a foul. I wish we would push it a little more but not to the point where we get in a back and forth, fast-break game. We don't have the offense to keep up and we rely on our half-court defense to keep us in it. It sure would be nice to put these 7 minute scoring droughts in the past.

I've complained about it for years. especially how guys get worse each year they are in the program. not sure what they changed but they changed something. it is like different guys shooting

What changed is Brownell isnt tolerating that crappy free throw shooting anymore.
If you want to play, you better make those free ones.

You better believe that's a emphasis in practice. Doesn't change overnight.
