I’m truly sad for women who are victims of sexual assault and harassment. It’s wrong, and no one deserves that. But these days, men are assumed guilty unless proven innocent in the court of public opinion.

As a woman I can tell you I completely agree with you. If there was no police report and no evidence I do not want to hear it. I am so SICK of this Me Too crap. This movement was high jacked by “women” , and I use that term loosely, who are just trying to steal money from men.

This isn’t popular these days but I say if you don’t file a police report reasonably close to when something happened then you are out of luck. There’s almost never a way to prove these cases because of lack of direct evidence and they just attract copycats looking to cash in.

I hope I don’t have to eat crow but I think this is a smear campaign. Nothing really adds up. The Texans sign Tyrod Taylor yesterday and this comes out today. It wouldn’t surprise me if the root of all of this is from the Texans. They are scorched earth and are trying to ruin his credibility. The report stated the first one happened March 2020. That is weird because I remember March 2020 and everything was shut down. No sports. Schools were closed. Restaurants were barely open because of COVID. But a masseuse was still working I doubt that. No criminal charges just civil. Definitely something funny going on here. I could see one girl but 4 girls is crazy.

No offense, but can people stop with this stupid theory of the Texans being behind this? What would they have to gain?
They have him signed for 5 years so he can’t leave unless they trade him. If they did decide to trade him then why would they want to devalue him by making other teams think he possibly did something like this?
If they decided they wanted to keep him for the next 5 years then how would it help them to do this? They’d look bad for employing a potential sexual predator, and their franchise QB would be less marketable.
I also don’t understand the point about the Taylor signing meaning anything at all. He’s been a backup QB for each of the past 3 years, and for most of his career overall. In fact, he’s only been a starter for 3 out of his 10 years in the league. Teams need backup quarterbacks.

Thanks for bringing some sanity into this discussion.
I have no idea if any of this is legit but no one else here does either. All the certainty that these women are liars solely because DW played at Clemson is nonsense. The only thing more nonsensical is the conspiracy that an NFL team set it up.
It's sad to think people who actually think like this get to sit on juries and vote.

Two girls but 2 claims by each. 4 incidents. The second happened in August 2020. He supposedly flew a masuess from Atlanta to Houston and the message was to take place in a hotel room. If that happened, wonder if it's the same Atlanta chain. Seriously, I know he has money but that doesn't even sound right... It's a shakedown.
Come on. Nothing said since last March and August? Then why now? Whatever happened, it's a sad situation either way.

Ultimately, that ends-up being less costly and avoids the media circus and a lot of unwanted publicity.
The people making the allegations know this as does the blood sucking ambulance chaser representing them.
