Move Grice back to first (where he has been dominating in previous 6 games) and French to DH. Sharpe should not see the field or the plate - only the mound when healthy. Monte this one is on you for a major swing and a miss on that lineup botch.

Davis Sharpe is actually a really good hitter. Last year in short season he had like 5 homers and was in top 3 in batting avg if I remember correctly. The issue is the lineup changes on daily basis and the hitters cannot get any rhythm whatsoever. He had a tough game yesterday but the teammates picked him up...just how baseball is....I am sure if Davis played today (but sure he won’t) he would probably come up with big hit....why great to play the game get a hit only 30% of time!

If you look at even the years we weren’t bad, out of 60+ games, we’d have 35 different hitting lineups.

Monte is Gabe Kepler. He will always show you he’s smarter than the game. There are so many things about Monte to show the way things are right now, are basically the way things will be under his tenure.
Kind of a hopeless scenario until we get an A.D. that realizes Clemson fans actually enjoy going to the CWS.
