At least it was in a year where it didn’t affect attendance as much, it was good timing because attendance was restricted at most games. Not having our usual crowd affected many home games too.
We just have to strive to be the best we can be next season! Let’s go Tigers!

Could have, but it's a wash because it affected every team. No positive way to spin it. Coach did and should admit he failed the team. His quote at the start of the year:
Our strength is our pitching. Our strength is our deep bullpen. Neither turned out to be the case. I didn't realize until I read on tci that Mat Clark had quit. Guess I just assumed he was hurt since I don't listen to pre game or morning radio shows.

It's been a good ride but this year has been a disaster. It's time to get new coaches that know how to pick up our players and change attitudes. We have good players but the staff has not performed up to Clemson baseball standards. I think Coach Lee should recognize this and either resign or replace his staff. I hope the AD understands that Clemson baseball has slipped to the bottom of the ACC when we were on top so many years. I was 11 years old when we had a losing record and we went after Coach Wilhelm and never looked back.

It's a matter of simple ratios, the older you get the less a day is a part of your life. When you're old like me, a day is a tiny fraction of the whole time that you've lived. Getting old isn't for the weak.

I just celebrated my 62nd bday so this is a first for me. Almost as heartbroken as the first time Clemson lost to Virginny in football...thanks Ken!

The year before my father started here with Baseball. He started in t fall '57 . . first year of baseball for him was the '58 season.
