The season is till not over, but this has been a great season so far despite the three blowout losses. Coach BB definitely deserves credit for developing players (Simms, Trapp), developing depth, and creating a truly outstanding defense.
I think we will continue to be very competitive in every game because of our defense, unless we go against a team that can create a mismatch at the center position (IMO). Simms has played very well this year, but he really is not a true center and may have issues containing bigger, stronger, athletic centers.

that Baehre would be able to step in and give us some big minutes. He's not only long, but he's mobile and plays good defense. On offense, he can hit outside shots to hopefully force the opposing big to come out and guard him.

we lose some players to transfer who don’t want to wait another year for meaningful playing time.
Simms has had a good year. If his aspiration is to play in the NBA, I think he could benefit from another year in college. But I’m assuming he will choose to move on, even if it means the NBA Development League or Europe.
Since Baehre and Trapp are not currently the prospect Simms is, I could see them staying in order to improve their skills. Let’s not forget that Baehre is already older (he is 24) and both he and Trapp have had serious knee injuries. Does either risk blowing out a knee again and risking making some money overseas playing basketball?
My guess is that all three leave, and I wouldn’t blame them. If any of them return to Clemson, I would consider it an unexpected bonus for us.

All 3 seem to be good dudes besides good players. My son is in love with this whole team. Wish it wasn't pandemic tainted season. Littlejohn would be crazy!
