Finally back in my home after 71 days in the wilderness

Sometime around the ides of March I had a late night movement that stopped up the commode. An issue with the float let the water run for 7 hours throughout the night until it made its way to a low spot in the ceiling downstairs and tripped a fire alarm waking up the house.

Inches of dirty water were covering the floor below, total loss of 100% of the downstairs flooring, 75+% of the ceilings and walls, and seeped enough into the carpet that I essentially have a new house for the price of a deductible.

I've spent the spring in various Airbnb's on the lake and have gotten quite adept at catching bream and crappie with a cane-pole.
