what package do you have?? I’ve got choice classic extra. I get BTN and SEC, but no ACCN. That REALLY blows if i’m gonna have to chunk out more monies.

I got sports package with nfl network and I have acc network. Seems like if you got sec network you would get acc network.

I had Choice Extra and they told me that it would cost an additional $13.99/mth to add that channel. I cancelled them.
I did not have the Sports package or other packages.

I had the same legacy package as you. I also receive SEC and Big10 channels, but same as you got message saying ACC not subscribed. My 1st call to DTV the agent said I needed to update to the Xtra tier. An hour later after box restarts etc still no ACCN, so call back. 2nd agent is even more clueless, has no info about the channel and just guesses that I need to add the Sports Pack. I demand to speak to his supervisor and give them both a berating about having no info on their website about what tier or package the ACCN is included in. In the end they enable the Sports Pack and claim they will credit my acct $10/month for being so incompetent. Finally the channel is activated.
Bottomline: DTV is an extremely poorly run business. Apparently ESPN and ACC got screwed in the negotiations with DTV because all media info coming from the schools and conference said the Choice package and above would have the network same as the SEC and Big10.

I have basic package with 5 TVs for $80/mo (negotiated after threatening to quit) and I get it

I just got it this week - Choice Package. It includes ACC Network. I do have the regional sports channels too, but to my understanding, it was included even without them.
If you’ve been a customer a while, call and make some noise. They’ll give you all kinds of stuff to re-up for 2 years.

I have Choice package and it appeared around 6:30pm last night, went live at 7pm. Maybe if you reboot your main Directv box in your home channel 612 will appear.
As for DTV lack of customer service, what I'm hearing/reading from cord cutting folks is AT&T knows a dish-based service is a dying industry. They are pumping less money (aka resources, personnel) into it and more into their streaming options. Which also sucks per my experience so....classic AT&T, huh!
