That was a pi$$ poor showing at the plate. Our post-season stay may be short if we can't figure something out.

Most likely go as a 2 seed. Depending on the participants, we'll beat the 3 seed, lose the 2nd game to the 1 seed, come back and win the elimination game, then lose the championship game.

I wanted so much to believe until I started digging into our schedule etc. And the season winded down, I realized we played all the acc bottom feeders. We had 3 good wins this year. All were in February. Since Tennessee we've beaten a couple above average wins. 2 against SCar and the Sunday game of the va tech series. That's it... and 2 of those wins were Val hitting dingers. Sad, really sad.

It's almost as they stand around waiting for Val to hit a dinger and when she doesn't we are listless. Even Valerie has cooled way off the last few weeks and not making very solid contact on the ball.
