So true. This society we live in is just whacked! Makes no sense at all.

The NFL is a country wide business, and they are as cut throat a business as there is in the entire United States. So never put anything pass them bc they are capable of anything under the sun, crooked or not, and they do write their own rules mostly without any interference outside of the league. So if the league wants MB out of FB, that is what they will insist that Pitt get rid of him....

It *was* his second offense. Not saying the two are equivalent, but this was an escalation after already receiving a suspension the previous season. I just hope he gets another chance somewhere.

I believe he failed multiple drug tests (more than twice)

I read those two tweets from Colbert as " We want this kid to play for us , so we are waiting on the NFL to make him available again ".
He is too good and too young not to be given a second chance here .

I agree. But it will be his third chance.

This strikes me as MSNBC type reporting. Making something out of nothing. MB will
Be back in a Steelers uni unless he screws up again.

I agree. I didn't see anything in the tweet that indicated they would be moving on from MB. Their interpretation seems like quite a leap, IMO.

I bet he will be starting for the Steelers this next season****

That is what I read from this. There was zero indication from this tweet that he was to be released as soon as the suspension was over.

I didn't take that as a hint of him not coming back at all. Maybe it's just me.

Unless there's some other info to go on, I don't know how these these 2 tweets from the Steelers' GM can be interpreted as a hint that Bryant might not be with the Steelers if he is reinstated by the NFL. His tweets simply say that when Bryant was playing ("available"), he was productive, and that he doesn't know when Bryant might be reinstated by the league. Am I missing something here?
