them know Once a Tiger always a Tiger. Let’s let him and his family know we love them and that he was appreciated.
It has to be driving Shane Beamer nuts that Dabo snatched Coach Riley out from under his nose ( Did the coots even have a chance??? I doubt it ) The Garrett Riley hire along with the Scott’s coming back to Clemson has to be driving the fans crazy. That’s more icing on the cake. It’s like a Huge Orange Steam Roller drove through cootlumbia deflating the hopes and dreams of every one of the coot fans. ???. We’re coming for you Rattler !
I would like to say Thank you to Brandon Streeter and his family for giving 15 years to the Tigers. Maybe one day Coach Streeter can end up back at Clemson or they find a position at Clemson in 2023. We love the Streeter family and will keep them in our thoughts and prayers. Prayers that God will open doors of opportunity for Coach Streeter.
I know this moves may have been a needed. All the same it had to be very difficult for Dabo to Fire Brandon. It’s more difficult firing coaches you love and worked with for with through much success.
Unfortunately, it usually means a move to another state. The wife has to be “ All In “ in her marriage because a lot of responsibilities fall on the wife. She is the one who usually has to close current financial accounts , find new doctors, a new church, new schools, it’s many times a tough move for the kids. The wife usually has to sell the house , set up the movers getting everything packed up to their new location. It’s difficult to find new banks, doctors, schools, and many other changes that occur in a move. These are usually left up to the wife as well. Best to the Streeters. ?❤️
So it’s not that simple to just fire a coach. This is why Dabo may have had difficulty making the move. Coach Streeter is part of the Clemson Family. It’s not easy to cut a friend, some one you love and have worked side by side for 15 years. It has to be a painful time for Coach Streeter and his family. It’s not like firing Kevin Steele who was not well liked and had an attitude that made firing him much more easier.
Prayers for Coach Streeter. May God light a success path for you and your family. Once a Tiger Always a Tiger.
Thank you for all of your contributions to the success of Clemson football. Thank you for being a Man of God, a Man of Character and Integrity.
God Bless you and your family’s future.

I hope so. He understands it's a business. Dabo gave him a fair shot imo. Exactly what a great manager and leader should have done imho. I will always wonder if it was more the Jimmy and Joes and development thereof vs the x and o 's.
But Brandon leaves with a nice pension and will always be welcomed back to Clemson. Hope he crushes it wherever he lands. He's always able to go back home in PA.

I hope the hope the Streeters read this I meant every word I posted. I would have posted it if even I received all TD’s. Brandon put a lot into this program. I know he loved Clemson and it is going to be very difficult for him and his family to leave Clemson. 15 years is a long time.
As for me, I have many flaws so hope that this answers your as for my reasons for this post. I posted , but not because I wanted to show what good person I am. I pray daily asking God for forgiveness for my flaws and shortcomings.

I really really hope yall can get by on just shy of $2 million dollars. I know that is gonna be extremely difficult and I will have you in my prayers. With a little money management here and there, maybe eating at home instead of going out, I think you’ll be able to make it work.
PS can I hold a dollar?

I remember Streeter taking those haymakers against FSU and keep coming back. My respect for him, what he has tried to do for Clemson, and his love for Clemson has tempered my sarcasm.
Good luck, Street.

By and large, Coaches wives are the most understanding

wives in the universe. They, as well as their husbands, understand that college coaching, especially at the top levels, is a competitive, dog eat dog BUSINESS, where performance, or lack of, dictates the future.
I am sorry for the Streeter family that this move needed to be made. But, they are not being left destitute at all. $1.85 Mil gives them time to consider options, and pick a landing spot on their own terms. He will get offers, if he has not already. He may even want to take a year off, although I doubt that.

Anyone who accepts an OC job knows it's a "what have you done for me lately" proposition. Brandon fully understood the risks (and potential rewards) the job entailed.
I'm sure he'll land somewhere and continue his coaching career.

Well said. He is a Clemson man and should be welcomed back by us in future times. I’m trusting that Dabo will help him find his next coaching destination.
If we are to have a lasting success we must be better at honoring our past coaches who helped build this program.
