I am too for that matter. Just win out. That is what it takes for us, sobeit.
Those close games help us more than they hurt us, talking heads notwithstanding. Wait, I mean THAT close game. Wouldn't surprise me if it wasn't planned that way. Couldn't ask for anything better mid-season than a nailbiter, come from behind game to win.

semi-final playoff game. We are better than last year, overall as a team, and I see no teams as good as Alabama was last year in the CFP.
This is the separation year IMO. And we will still get no credit next year. Kind of a blessing really. All the credit is why Bama was down last year. The media adoration got to them. The more we can stay out of that, the better.

He was calling out the Bias of the AP, the coaches pole, and the playoff committee... Dabo threw bricks at all 3 of them in the same rant!!! If you are a Clemson fan, you've got to love it bc every single word was the absolute Truth!!!

I'm really glad to hear Dabo call out the media and committee. We beat UNC and they are trying to figure out how to kick us out. UGa loses to Scar and they are trying to figure out how to keep them in. He is saying out loud what we are all thinking, but nobody puts microphones in front of us. You tell 'em Dabo!

Of course. But after our close win over UNC the media summarily dismissed Clemson as a National Champion contender and the committee left us out of the first playoff poll to put Penn State in there. Now they have no choice but to include us. But the point Dabo was making is they would have kicked us to the curb if we had lost today.

They never left us out. Even in their first poll they had us in if we won out. The other teams had to play each other. They knew that.

But, they had fun with hanging us out of the top as being the defending NC without yet losing a game while they were playing their game. Clemson shouldn't have ever lost our #1 ranking, and we should still be ranked the #1 team in the country bc no effing body has beat us since we won the NCG. If our name would have been Bama, or any other team in the SEC and undefeated since winning the NC, we would still be ranked #1 in the country. Their song would have been, you have to beat the champion to be the champion to be the #1 team in the country... I know that to be the truth, and so does any college FB fan!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Last year should have nothing to do with this years rankings imo. We dont have the same team. In the end it doesnt matter though. I am very thankful they ranked us as they have. I am sure Dabo is too.

The bias is real. The standings will be set to make CU play the toughest opponent in the first round. Win out and they can’t deny us. Dabo knows what he has to do.

Dabo is taking on the mantra for every team in the ACC, and that POS and his henchmen in Greensboro are in hiding, as usual. I wouldn't let that so-and-so within 100 feet of any stage, platform or what-have-you in any award or trophy ceremony.
