dab in the middle of Columbia as well. In all honesty, the two fan bases could not be any different. LSU fans are use to winning and it comes across from their fans...kinda like VT used to be. Chicken fans are not used to winning.
LSU fans will pull like hell for their team, but in my experience will not chit all over their opponents fans. They'll share their bourbon and jambalaya and be loud about anything football, haven't met many that would chant "SEC!SEC!SEC!" like it was an honor to belong in such a exclusive club. And most I've met do it all with a bit of humor.
In my opinion, LSU fans are like VT fans, with more wins, more bourbon, more tattoos, and more humor.

This is very true. I have LSU Tiger family members and they are very respectful, they don't care about bashing their opponents fans, they just want to bash their opponents team and then get hammered and have a good time after.

Like any teacher/student relationship the one learning doesn't quite get all the info and has to fill in the blanks with trash. This is why Scar is a more trashy version of LSU when it comes to fan bases. HTH
