Alliance is not an alliance unless…

This thing is a joke. A true alliance would not allow the SEC to play any of the alliance teams in regular season or postseason. Take the remainder of the Big 12 and form a 4th conference. Take the winner of each conference and 4 at large teams and have your own playoff, excluding the SEC. Partner with the group of 5 and exclude the SEC from everything. I mean basketball and baseball too. That would seriously hurt the SEC but these commissioners have no balls and won’t do anything.

Not sure if this post is a joke or you are really that dense? The Alliance was announced two days ago. They are in the organizational process as there are a lot of stake holders and a formal structure must be established. Perhaps you should step away from the computer for a while giving the group time to organize and make a few decisions. The priority is to vote against the upcoming playoff change thus screwing the SEC. After that there will be time to determine which Big 12 teams will be absorbed, if the AAC will be included and to figure out scheduling. All the while in the back of their minds they will make decisions based on two things: 1) increase revenue 2) screw the sec

to prepare and present a project... and you [want] these commissioners to prepare and present a finished product on how this alliance will operate in only a few weeks? I think you are either a visiting sports talk show host who is acting like a 6 year old OR you left the pump too early and someone is there waiting on you to pump their gas. Either way, you should attend to your own business and leave the real work to those who know how to do it.

Don't worry .. all you need to do is read what everyone else is writing to know that the "Alliance" is the best thing ever, and that the SEC is going to go away and become completely insignificant. Also all the teams that are blessed to be in the "Alliance" are going to be friends forever and no one is ever going to do anything underhanded because they all pinky swore to love each other forever. For all you naysayers out there ... you are just being super negative and not very friendly. This is the best thing for Clemson because we don't have to worry about self determination because we can just let the "Alliance" do all of our thinking, and hopefully the Big 10 will share money with us, but if they don't it will still be really cool because we can play Indiana, Rutgers, Arizona, and all the other really great mediocre teams in the the other conferences which really puts us in a much better place than we were before. #Allinalliance
