ETN II

And that’s what he’d have always felt like. Walking in the shadow of his big brother and then either break his record or even worse, not. The young man did absolutely the best thing he could’ve for himself. Always being compared to Travis woulda been tough. Now he can play freely and break all the records he can as a Gator.

+1 for the courage to say the unpopular take. He really chose the best situation for him and his family. Now their family can make it to every home game for both brothers. As a parent I would be delighted, and Trevor can try to make his own name at UF.

No one will compare him to his brother.

I’m happy for the young man and like his family, but he’s always going to be the little brother until he shines brighter. If he feels UF gives him that chance, so be it.

It is def a safe play for him. He also probably didn’t want to come in and be 4th on the depth chart for at least a year. Can be the day 1 starter at Florida. Even as a sophomore he would likely be 3rd string so probably scared of the competition as well

You may be correct but instead of guessing I looked at his social media for clues. Based on his Twitter he was all about the money meaning the UF NIL offer won the day. So I won’t be pulling for him except when it benefits Clemson. Otherwise he is just another recruit who went after the short money and will more than likely end up in the portal
