They are going to give it to whom ever they have been told is the best player in college FB. Bias or non Bias, it is clear that there is only 1 person that fits what John Heisman him self believed fits the true definition of a Heisman athlete. That one player this year is clearly Deshaun Watson. There is no doubt that the Clemson FB program would not be who they are today without DW4 or an exact replica of DW4....

Without DW we are sitting at 9-3 or 8-4 preparing for another peach bowl appearance most likely. Frankly, we would have finished 12-0 last year if he had been healthy and allowed to start every game. Letting him sit on the bench was as if Dean Smith had let Jordan ride the pine his freshman year. There is no doubt in my mind DW has earned it. If course being the most qualified candidate means jack squat in politics.

Although I think most if not all have. Because I don't think McC wins it due to all the late games, and adding punt and return yards into stats to me isn't as impressive.

If Henry is knocked of that 1 pedestal then some of the RB vote will be split into those 2, and hopefully Watson gets the rest.

Also have to factor in that Tigers are only undefeated team, and the team with the most top 10 wins from the final playoff poll (3).
