It’s a great day. All the Clemson trolls are crying right now. Scar fans who actually thought they had a chance, because of no logical reason outside of they play in the sec. And the Ohio state suckeyes got the rear ends kicked. Of course you here fans live in a alternate reality and are blaming the refs. They are always whining about something. So troll alway losers!

the finger splint issue will be the reason. of course the accuracy wasnt great long before that. and in fairness I will say he threw several balls that the wr's could have fought a little bit to get to.

If only we could hand the ball off every play against every team and still win 30-0.

To find something to complain about after beating your rival by 30 and not letting them score a single point.

The QB room does not look good. I think we need Cade and 2 I coming recruits or 1 transfer.

start at WR 2 weeks in a row.... and the WRs who did play tonight dropped 25% of the pass attempts. Who are they gonna throw to? Clearly you didn't think about that tonight.

It was not all on DJ although he's certainly mediocre. So many injuries have left the cupboard almost bare at WR. Hoping Cade can be ready by mid season.

DJ has a sprained PCL and a splint on his throwing hand index finger. While he hasn't been perfect by any stretch of the imagination, we are down our top 5 WRs on the depth chart. Cade hasn't even arrived on campus yet and y'all think he's gonna be the next Deshaun/Trevor without throwing a single pass. He'd be throwing to the same WRs who have dropped 39 passes in 8 of the games this year.

Ok. Now if we can dominate on the ground all good, but that is not the case against top 50 defenses. Great win but do not gloss over the issues at QB.

We were down the top 5 WRs on the depth chart, what do y'all expect? SC's defense was only good against the pass (top 15 against it) so why would you attack that? That would be dumb, and we had 2 freshman WRs not fight for the ball enough tonight and dropped passes.

Their passing defense was ranked 8th in the country in passing yard allowed coming into the game. But, not in the top 80 rushing defense. No reason, especially given last week's game to not run the dang ball.

How about that long 3rd down run (on a sprained MCL) on the opening drive to convert and silence the crowd?

Kudos to 5.

Our offense will look and play completely different next year. We should have a passing attack, again.

Re: Elephant in the room 9-19 for 99 yards and 1 int

Nov 28, 2021, 7:00 AM

This is what I've been saying the entire time. DJ is possibly the worst QB in Clemson history and Cade will send him to the transfer portal.

DJ is currently ranked SECOND TO LAST in the nation out of all QBs with at least 250 pass attempts. He's god awful. I dont see how anyone sees anything in this guy.

Re: Elephant in the room 9-19 for 99 yards and 1 int

I truly honestly dont think DJ will ever be a good QB at Clemson. I don't see it happening.

Re: Elephant in the room 9-19 for 99 yards and 1 int

Nov 28, 2021, 5:56 PM

DJ has 1 game left before he transfers to Cali. There is absolutely no way Cade comes in and doesn't beat out a bottom 5 rated QB in the nation. DJ is terrible.

LOL! Plus we were down 18 scholarship starters and two-deep

Nov 28, 2021, 6:14 PM

players, and you STILL got beatdown, shutout, and once again embarrassed in the rivalry, at home? ????

If I got my numbers right, you've lost 53 games at home to us Tigers, and 22 or 23 of them have been shutouts!

We lined up and smashed it down your throats.. with a young offense and an OL playing only it's second game together. Every two-deep guy that played yesterday on offense is back next year, and the injury bug can't possibly hit us like it did this year. Just imagine if we had a dynamic passing game to go with the beatdown in the trenches.

And you actually thought you had a chance, huh?

Troll on, loser.

flag link military_tech thumb_downthumb_up

Our young WRs are not fighting for the 50/50 ball.

Nov 28, 2021, 6:20 PM

Both Beaux and Dacari Collins had shots at 50/50 balls and they didn’t elevate Mike Williams/Tee Higgins style to battle for the ball.. Both waited for the ball to come to them.

This will be remedied by the coaches off season.
