Most people don't know this but DookyU is not in NC; it's the southern colony of New Jersey. The percentage of students from NC, SC and VA is very low.
And, those NJ, Conn and NY students are mostly from extremely wealthy families.
And, no they don't see anything wrong w Dooky cheating to win. (It's similar to TheRump cheating on his taxes. The rich don't care because they're cheating the IRS and you and me and us -- the other tax payers -- too.)
