He’s going to get a $2M pay raise and a 5-year contract. Who wouldn’t take $3M for five years. We only give Drad $1M. That’s life changing money.

1. He has already been employed by Miami. MBA is from Miami.

2. Clemson is the outlier. (Save for cootlumbia), his other places of employment were all in major urban areas. Miami, Long Beach, Washington DC, Atlanta. Of course, cootlumbia offers all the criminal flavor without the success, but still, some folks like cities.

the people knocking ADs and coaches for taking jobs that more that double (or more) their already millions of dollar salary are just petulant little children that never have and never will be in the situation to make that decision.

That type of money sets your unborn grandchildren up for a life most could only dream of.
