That way, it would easier to recognize the real Clemson fans, which in turn would make it easier to weed out the nonsense and stoopid poasted here. I'm sure a measly eight dollars would mean nothing to those of us who truly love Clemson, Clemson athletics and especially Clemson Football.

Yeah because if you attended Clemson that makes somebody more of a fan or more knowledge about the game to justify their posts???
I’m sure I’ll get TD for this but a lot of the people who post on here whine and complain and really have no substance in their arguments…alums or not
Also if you think you are getting legitimate football knowledge from this chat board, I hate to break it to you, you aren’t. Most of the people who post in here think they know better than every coach on the staff and could play better than every player on the field. Even the least experienced coach in the team has more football IQ in their pinky than 99% in this chat board.

With that said, it is true that if you relax in quicksand, you will float.

Maybe they should issue lifetime cards to alumni and anyone going to a sporting event would have to present the card or student I.D. at the gate. That would get rid of all of us fake fans.

@classof1994… there is alumni that went to Clemson to get a degree that don’t give 2 shizzes about Clemson sports. Ex brother n law went to Clemson to get an engineering degree but pulled for the Coots.
In all due respect this is a very ignorant post. I personally was accepted to Clemson in 92 but because of financial reasons was unable to attend. I grew up in Greenville and am as much a Die Hard Clemson guy than some I know that graduated.
How about we get rid those that post obvious BS showing their disdain for Clemson and leave the Alumni criteria out of it.
