DW4, Trevor and Spiller (and Dabo) are locks IMO. I think Christian and Travis make it too. Beyond that I don’t know.

Isn’t the requirement to have graduated from Clemson? Dabo will have a few statues but not ring of honor. Christian Wilkins would be first in 10 years.

Dabo and Kathleen both have honorary degrees from Clemson. I wonder if that counts?
Danny Ford and Frank Howard are up there. As far as I know they do not hold degrees from Clemson. Maybe there is an exception for coaches?

Changed the whole narrative for our program. Was a model citizen, student athlete, while at Clemson.It would be a shame to hold him out for some he said she said shenanigans from a gang of instagram posers.
Unless he pulls an OJ he's in. But our world is increasingly being ran and legislated by this virtue signaling mob. We have been trending into a guilty until proven innocent form of justice these days... So you might have a point.

So Travis Etienne is the ACC's all time leading rusher and in total touchdowns scored. FBS leader in most games with touchdowns scored all time and only the second tiger behind my childhood hero Steve Fuller to be ACC Player of the year in consecutive seasons. National Champion. Two Time consensus All American. So my answer is Yes standing beside or in front of the others you mentioned in the line.

Must be in Hall of fame and college graduate, doesn't have to be Clemson. Answering the 1st question, Etienne is a lock when time constraints are met.

I think all 3 get in, but I think Travis might have a better argument than DW4 or Trevor. That whole ring of Honor thing may not fit in the stadium before too long.
