Did UNC lose on purpose?

Nov 26, 2021, 11:03 PM

I have seen a team implode like that in less than a minute. Get beat deep on a 60 yard bomb while playing prevent, not attempt to actually recover the onside kick, and then 2 penalties and a pass for a td. Come on....the one time 8 actually pull for chapel hill and they give it away. An average high school team could have finished that game.

It's easy to implode when the refs give the opposing team 35 yards!

UNC gave away the yards on two penalties, one of them so stupid no college student would have done it (He's already hit him late, which he can get away with because it is that close, but to continue driving the QB into the ground?) and the second a legitimate interference call.

Brown really took a step back with UNC this season, and now he is losing Howell. Yikes.

Reminded me of the Patriots/Falcons Super Bowl.

Surely you jest! UNC hates state as bad as we hate the coots!

Duke is UNC’s true rival…

This loss is so inexplicable, there should be an investigation.

I haven’t investigated the spread, but I would like to if anyone on the UNC side and officials financially benefited from this loss.

Just too many unexplainable things that happened here to sweep this one under the rug.

Yes. They lost to their biggest football rival intentionally

In unlikely heartbreaking fashion just to spite Clemson.

Would Clemson lose on purpose to UofSC? The answer should be the same as UNC vs NC St.
