Anyone ever attended the Drag Queen Show

sponsored by the gays and Clemson University held on campus. I know there’s a bit of a uproar about Clemson’s VP of Student Affairs Chris Miller grinding on another male during this years show. It made several national websites as about 60 angry gays this week marched on campus protesting the Clemson Young Republicans who denounced the Clemson administrator for dry humping another male in a school sponsored event.

Did the young republicans denounce it when Governor Sanford went awol to hump a woman in Argentina? Do the gays even give a #### when the young republicans go to the local strip club and hump anything that moves. Sounds like the young republicans need to stay in their lane.

I’m right there with ya. I can’t stand it when folks protest on campus. This is the first I’ve heard of any type of protest on campus in years, probably since numerous athletes and administrators were sticks in the against a President and the police and wanted to abolish them both. Folks should definitely stay in their lane

Themselves. I can’t believe people that age are that uptight. I guarantee many of these young Republicans aren’t saints and do much worse than this drag show in their spare time. Just pathetic. When I was a student at Clemson I would have thought they were goobers just like I do now. Live and let live. Life is too short for all this whiny bulls@&t. As an older person now I see this so clearly. Get on with it and have some fun. You aren’t promised another day.

The issue would be if it's a school-sponsed or sanctioned event, as opposed to someone going to a bar or club on their own.

Clemson, as a public university, can't prohibit a student group from hosting an event because it doesn't like the content.
