I believe they worked around it to get restarted but I haven't heard for sure. Sure hope they didn't have to!

Sometimes better to pay it...just a cost/benefit kind of thing. I don’t know if they did, but may have also had cyber insurance which would help with the sting of paying.

IT sends out emails pretty regularly that are pretty obviously fake just to see who is paying attention...a large percentage still click on things they shouldn’t. It’s boggles the mind...
