Looked smaller that Tennessee’s? Woodaz better get in the weight room. Mukuba has regressed since Brent left, and he hasn’t gotten any bigger.

100% on Makuba, never seen a kid take a step back, it seemed like he always kept the play in front of him when BV was here. He gets toasted on the Reg now. I don't get it.

Woodaz is the least of my worries. He was easily one of the 2-3 Best CU Defensive Players last night. I agree with you on Mukuba. He has regressed quite a bit!

Woodaz may be the least of your worries but UGA and Bama don't have LB's that weigh 215 lbs. Makuba at 180 is cornerback size with safety speed. He couldn't even make a decent attempt at a tackle on a 220 lb UT back. Announcer called it poor tackling. Combination of no size and playing hurt. He needs to gain 15 lbs. to play safety.

When Clemson was winning rings, we were as big as Alabama.
When Every coaches kids all came to the team, the size decreased and the talent went elsewhere.

When Clemson was winning rings, we were as big as Alabama.
When Every coaches kids all came to the team, the size decreased and the talent went elsewhere.
More complicated than that but yes, we are small as a team. The coaches kids and legacy players are all small but it only hurts us on special teams unless injuries or portal transfers kick in (which they did). Seems like in the portal world every scholarship counts, can't have extras that can only hold for an extra point or your left holding the bag after borderline players jump to the portal. I don't see any changes coming.

Our O line was manhandled at times and our D line played to a draw. Mascoll is 20 lbs lighter than Miles Murphy and Woodaz is 20 lbs lighter than Simpson. It reaches a point where it matters.

Our training room does not close to what USC or UT or ND have. Our guys look like high school players where the teams I cited look more like pro size.
