Deshaun Watson case just took a major turn

Jul 27, 2021, 10:42 AM

Really bad news from the Watson camp. Just as things were looking up for him. The Texans announcing trade talks. NFL not putting him on exempt. Looked like he was going to play 2021 season. Now police reports filed by 10 women alleging sex assault. This will have to open up a criminal case which changes the whole dynamic of the NFLs actions on the matter. Also, basically shuts down any trade interest from other teams. All of this precisely coordinated and coincidentally happening just as the season starts stinks of foul play.

If Watson is guilty, he needs to pay the price. But if he is not guilty, that lawyer needs to lose his license, sued by Watson, and spend time in jail for defamation.

this is probably a money grab for some while others may have legitimate cases.

1. He should not have gotten involved with those women, they are pro's looking for an easy mark!
2. Should have paid up and kept it out of the press, too late now.
3. Should still settle and not admit any guilt, the women and lawyer just want some of his money.
4. The lawyer got 10 of the women, half to press some charges, just to drive up their leverage and the price to settle. The women and their lawyer have nothing to lose, Deshaun has a football career.

Now he has alienated everyone, except his lawyer. He has to pay up or he will never get it behind him.
He is only guilty of dealing with some cutthroat women, learning a very expensive and painful lesson. Not as bad as Michael Vick, but close. It has ruined his image, he can't let it ruin his career.
He is learning that the world is not like Clemson, where he was respected and could trust people.
I hope he mends his bridges with the Texans and has a career year.

He could plead NO CONTEST, but if me, and I knew that I hadn't done anything wrong, and these people are trying to hustle me out of what I have bc I have a lot of money, I would start living a less expensive life style and wait for my day in court and just tell the whole truth. people will usually believe the truth when it's being told by someone that has never had anything in his entire life like what these women are saying about his character to surface, and he will be OK.

Not really, IMHO.

This is Buzbee being Buzbee. Buzbee never has much, he's just smoke and mirrors. This is him playing chicken, trying to force Deshaun to pay up, IMHO.

My guess would be there's as little of real substance to these criminal complaints as there has been in about any other part of this whole sordid business. Buzbee's never shown he's had any real goods at any juncture, he just makes a lot of noise, and somehow always shows empty pockets when when pressed to produce anything resembling, you know, evidence. This has been a shakedown from Minute 1, and this is him gunking the works up and trying to force Deshaun to settle.

The timing is of course everything. My guess is if Deshaun gives him the middle finger and says: "sure, bring it", these ladies will fold, because they don't want to actually walk into a police station and face real cops and give real statements, much less walk into a real courtroom and give actual testimony.

They wanna get paid. So, obviously, does Buzbee, Ambulance Chaser and Shakedown Artist Extraordinaire. The guy's a piece of work, for sure. It's almost painful watching him work this thing.

I hope Deshaun just stays the course. No, he's clearly not an angel in this and obviously left an opening...but I'm really starting to loathe Buzbee more with each move he makes, because this is coming across like the lowest kind of opportunistic character assassination and this is not okay.

Without warning, if the Houston police would have an investigator to show up on those S l u t s front door and question al of them about their allegations against DW4, not one of their stories would be close to the same as they would be if they were to question each one in a planned visit at Buzbee's law office.

There isn't a doubt in anyway shape, or form that all of this is just a planned attack on DW4 only bc he voiced his wishes to be traded to another NFL team. And I'm also sure that when Buzbee heard about DW4's wishes to be traded, that he himself visited all those massage parlors, and he personally recruited all those s l u t s to make allegations against DW4 with a promise of large sums of money to be gained from one of the richest players in the NFL, and I don't think that its a secret to how he got so many of those s l u t s to come forward with false claims of a crime being commit by DW4 in a case to where his innocents, or guilt could be proven either way, and all they had to lose was just a little of their time with a possible Jack Pot win if they could tell a credible story that could get a small number of the jurors to believe, bc in federal court they don't need for all of the jurors to believe that DW4 was guilty!!!!!

Buzbee has done a pretty job with his ground work, and planning to take full advantage of a rich young man with his full intentions to get his hand in DW4's back account, and I'm 100% convince that this is what this case against DW4 is 100% about. The only thing that DW4 is actually guilty of, is being rich in a city where there are unscrupulous attorneys like Buzbee that has manipulated a herd of hand picked s l u t s to bring a lawsuit against DW4, one of the richest players in the NFL!!!!

Buzbee was interviewing people at least 6 weeks before

Deshaun mentioned a trade, so there goes your entire stupid theory...Right out the window...You'll still cling to it of course, it's all you have...But it's been debunked...completely

He clearly has a very casual relationship with reality. With that kind of rationalization, all the rest of us can hope is 1) he is never selected for jury duty and, 2) he doesn't vote.

Their plan is going to blow up in their face, and they will end up getting even less than what they have already invested in him, and all DW4 has to do to make they pay for something that I believe they had a hand in at some point, is for DW4 to stick with his innocents to end!!! And all that DW4 has to do while on the side, is to keep himself in top physical, and mental shape....

Bless your heart, still clinging to that stupid theory? Even

Jul 27, 2021, 12:59 PM

though Buzbee was interviewing people with a month left in the season? How does that work?

Jul 27, 2021, 12:40 PM

Turn on one of their own, falling for the sleaze trap laid by Buzbee; i.e., let the Court of Public Opinion deliver the verdict.

DW4 hasn't opened his mouth...hasn't done an interview...has let his lawyer speak (not often)...yet a bunch of righteous Tiger fans have fallen in line behind Buzbee's 'Pied Piper' routine.

Guilt may be reality, at day's end, but until such time as a 'verdict' is rendered, why judge from your glass houses? Why? Does it make you feel better? Deflect you from your own misery and/or indiscretions?

Some are practically lusting over this...pathetic...and disgusting. The true DNA of social media is showing.

It's possible these "righteous Tiger fans" aren't prescribing guilt. They're just not idiots.
