Derion Kendrick is hated round here

But is he the first player to transfer and win a championship with two different teams? He wasn't a factor in our natty but he did play. Tim Bourret would know.

Agree. I don't consider a player that gets kicked off a program as successful. Not like he sat out, did his pentence and returned.

Never said he was successful, I even mentioned that he was not a contributor in our natty. I was most interested in the trivia of it all. He was serviceable after the losses of Mullen and All Pro AJ Terrell but not a star on Defense either. You have to get over him not reaching his potential for us and see that his absence this year made room on the field for 'Super Mario' Goodrich to have an All-ACC season and be player of the game in the Cheez-It Bowl.
He should have had a better attitude and learned to be a great slot receiver and returner for us. I have always felt like he burned bridges in the WR room and that is why he got moved to DB. Raw athletic talent won't get him by at the next level.

Scouting reports>general synopsis:he has the instincts & athleticism to be a good NFL cornerback yet lacks the long speed to be great one. Widely projected to go no later than the 3rd round

beat us at Alabama in our first CFP and also has a ring from FSU. He was Jameis Winston's backup.

Thank you for providing legitimate feedback and not just giving a TD because you are salty. +1 to you, I had forgotten about Coker but those were also both CFP Championships if I remember right

He was injured in November and didn't even dress out for the game against Auburn. DK might be the one with the most snaps on 2 different teams to win a title.

Didn't Cam Newton do this as well? Thought he was on the team at UF, then another smaller school, then Auburn.

Good point! Plus one to you. Another guy people love to hate. He was on the team at Florida but was suspended during the national championship but maybe that still counts. Then he won the JUCO national championship at Blinn before transferring and winning at Auburn the next year. Guess this could count as 1, 2, or 3 depending on how they are counted.
