If SEC does not go 9-3 or better in Bowls...

Dec 30, 2014, 10:36 PM

Then they're overrated. With the favorable matchups they should have the advantage in at least 9 of those 12 games.

I will go out on a limb and say that the selection committee certainly went in favor of getting the sec the best matchups they could get to be successful. Instead of Missouri playing us, they pitted them against Minnesota. They pitted a pitiful Texas team against Arkansas. Whats gonna shock people is when GT runs over mississippi state. Only unc has played poorly out of our conference games. BC should have won. Didnt. Duke ran into a buzzsaw but still played well. Miami just simply choked against the chickens. The anti-ACC media machine is going to find it hard NOT to consider us a little better than they thought as a conference.

Son...fat, drunk, and stupid is no way to go thru life. Step away from the bong. Have you read that post? Teams that lose are some how more impressive than teams that win?

yea his post is confusing! I think he is trying to say that if the sec goes 9-3 in the bowl they still are no good. he is just trying to find some way to bash the sec and prove the sec is not the best conference. but it wont work. they are still the best conference in college football. you just can not explain it any better way! most people don't like them being the best but that will not change facts.

What's confusing is why you welched on our bet

Admit you're a dirty coot. 35-17. 40-6. 66-42.

flag link military_tech thumb_downthumb_up

uh, you do know that the pac-12 is undefeated right now,

Do they have favorable matchups?

Dec 31, 2014, 10:31 AM

Tenn (T-9th SEC) vs (7th Big Ten)
USC (11th SEC) vs Miami (T-9th ACC)
A&M (T-9th SEC) vs WVU (6th Big 12)
Arkansas (12th SEC) vs Texas (5th Big 12)
LSU (7th SEC) vs ND (??)
UGA (T-3rd SEC) vs Louisville (T-4th ACC)
Miss (5th SEC) vs TCU (T-1st Big 12)
Miss St (3rd SEC, arguably 2nd though) vs GT (2nd ACC)
Auburn (6th SEC) vs Wisconsin (2nd Big Ten)
Mizzou (2nd SEC, arguably 3rd) vs Minny (4th Big Ten)
Bama (1st SEC) vs Ohio St (1st Big Ten)

Georgia and Mizzou get favorable matchups, i would consider LSU vs ND to be even as well as Bama vs OSU and Miss St vs GT, but i think the SEC is playing a higher placing team in the other 6 games. How is that favorable?

flag link military_tech thumb_downthumb_up

Does either of them play a higher ranked team?

Dec 31, 2014, 11:17 AM

This is the second time I've seen this LIST. Are you a closet coot?
