Historically, Dabo doesn't have his press conference until all the horses are in the barn, so to speak. Since he is having the conference now and Dudley doesn't announce for 2 more hours does that mean Dudley is headed elsewhere?
Obviously he can't comment about Dudley directly, but perhaps he can answer whether or not the class is complete.

Swinney says this has been a great day, a lot more action today than in recent years (in February). Signed 12 in December (nine midyears). Plan is for 8-9 today. Also adding 11 walk-on players

And to go deeper on his vision, what is he doing to ensure they will be boys - or at least relate to the masculine pronouns ?

He says 10 states represent this class and the brand is still strong. Great year in the state of South Carolina. Not often you have the numbers in this state so it was critical to recruit the Palmetto St.

Swinney says he told Hunter Johnson that he might have to pull a Zeb Nolan (Gamecock QB) and throw him in the game, but Johnson told Swinney he had another year. Swinney was shocked but immediately wanted him to come in and play and provide leadership.

Swinney says, "We are never going to recruit leading with NIL. We always lead with the purpose and who we are as a program. I hope people won't come here because of NIL, but because this is a school and program they want to be a part of."

Swinney says they have a great NIL team in place, will add one person a little later to run it all. Also building a special facility just for NIL, and have some deals in place that will be made known later. Deals for current players and for future players.

Did you get the impression that he’s taking the DRad approach in that as long as he brings in kids who go to class and keep the ncaa away that on court results mean nothing? Seems like that’s what his answer hinted at.
