Have heard from someone close to our program we backed off of him for character reasons. Let him be. We will get rashaun smith and tre Lamar next year. Got some good ones now

Yeah we recruit very well but we can't get them all

Don't make up stuff about character issues and us backing off McMillian. By all reports he was a great character and very humble, he was one of our top priorities and we had our coaches visiting him until decision day so we did not back off. It's alright no one including Alabama gets everyone they want. We recruit pretty dang well though.

Guess they had no other choice but to waste a year of his eligibility. Desperate move by Meyer, but it is what it is. Reminds me of Bowden promising Jamie Harper the 1st snap v Bama to lure him to Clemson.

He fumbled on that opening play btw bc people in Russia knew who'd touch the rock on that play.
