I was eating a big spoonful of venison chili when I opened this, that’s funny! My wife did an awesome job on it and the venison meatloaf we had a few days ago. Rabbit stew on the menu for next weekend.

That brings back memories. When I was a kid we raised rabbits for meat. Way bigger and better than wild rabbit. Mom made rabbit and dumplings or fried them and made milk gravy. Great stuff!

We did too. Momma would fry them like chicken, cook a big pot of grits, make some good gravy and make biscuits with cane syrup. What a meal!!
