Couple of predictions on the coaching carousel.

Dan Mullens will be fired this week.
Brent Venables will be among the 5 or 6 candidates that everyone immediately throws out.
Note: I have no idea if he would be interested in the job. I have no idea if he will even be on their short list. But, I have no doubt that he will be on the list that all the "experts" compile and publish.
Here is the list I would guess the AD has. (In no particular order)
Dave Clawson
Billy Napier
Brent Venables
Mike Elko
Lane Kiffin
Mario Cristobal
Matt Campbell

My predictions;
Mullins may be fired, but like Ed Oregeon at LSU, will most likely finish out the year. No Tony Elliott will not be considered for the job.
Brent V. isn't going anywhere ,but if Dabo insist on sticking with T.E. next season he may find himself in the same situation as Ed did this year at LSU.
As to the Florida job, could care less who the AD picks because Alabama is always going to be the SEC Leader of the conference, unless of course Georgia beats them handily in the SECCG and knocks them completely out of the CFP's which then pens up a totally new can of worms.

We should hire Patterson to coach th OLine, and Mullen to be an "analyst"/QB coach.
If Mullen is fired, 10 to 1 he goes to Saban's rehab clinic. Dabo should beat him to the punch and use him to coach up DJ and steal any good recruits UF has. Patterson can give us contacts in Texas.

A loss to FSU would be a complete embarrassment for UF this year.

If that happens, Mullen might be fired seeing as how the game is in Gainesville.
Other than that he gets a mulligan for this year.
