A good alternative to the bowls for Wake (when aTm dropped out with the Jimbo Chicken flu) and for NC State (when UCLA finked out) is for Wake and NC State to play a re-match.

Both teams had practiced for bowls; both teams are from East Coast. Gator Bowl anyone?

Wake already has an opponent(Rutgers)!

But, perhaps NC State could play East Carolina! Since BC had Covid issues. Or Memphis since Hawaii pulled out of the Hawaii bowl.

The conference AD's should circumvent the bowl sytem and find sponsors to play games for a designated charity. ACC vs. Big 10.
SEC Vs. Big 12 and so on. This bowl crap is getting old. Play it at the highest ranked teams stadium and move in. The bowl system is crumbling.
