to not talk so much, take a less is more, maybe reach down and find some inner Belicheck. (though I loved the kindergarten analogy he gave about throwing crayons and peeking during naptime) I know it's in there. Let's leave all the pontificating to the pundits and blowhards and focus this team completely on the next game. As I'm sure he's doing!

What Dabo said needed to be said. People that act so arrogant about how great the SEC is need to be called out for their extreme bias. Anyone watching CLEMSON play football, and even if we had 1 loss, can easily see how really good this team is. The SEC has 4 teams that will not make a bowl, and the ACC has 4 teams that will not make a bowl.
CLEMSON > UNC > uofsuc > UGA > Florida > Auburn > Alabama

Do you really think the strength of the conferences is best determined by which teams WON'T make a bowl game?
Clemson is better than everyone in the SEC.
UGA, LSU, Florida, Auburn, Alabama are better than everyone in the ACC not named Clemson.

not happy unless it’s The Dabo Show. I think half of his outbursts on the sideline are to get the camera on him. You don’t see other coaches blowing up that often. He’s like that Terrell Owens quote- “I love me some me.”

Dabo (not "Dabs") knows exactly what he is doing. Dabo knows the pulse of the program, coaching staff, and team better than anyone. If he goes public with comments - you can bet your last dollar that he is doing it for a reason. The way I see it, his recent comments are accomplishing several things:
1. Tells the coaches and players Dabo has their back and that he is going to fight to make sure their performance is recognized. He is publicly giving the program, coaching staff, and players their just "pat on the back" for their accomplishments by calling out those in the media that have been trying to diminish Clemson.
2. Serves as motivation to the team to prove all the doubters wrong. "Leave no doubt" has been a season long mantra and this just adds fuel to that fire.
3. His comments have already changed the narrative among some of the talking heads/pundits from "Clemson can't lose and make it into the CFP" to "Clemson is in no matter what". Some at ESPN (Reece Davis and David Pollack) have started putting forth the narrative that Clemson is in the CFP no matter what happens this weekend. That narrative did not exist anywhere in the media before Dabo's comments...

Could not agree more! Dabo has taken over the airwaves in CFB with this move and changed the narrative. It was well thought out and planned. I also believe it was done to maintain momentum with recruits that might be starting to believe the fake news.

Speaking of kindergarten, there was an episode of Winnie the Pooh where the other characters wanted Tigger to quit bouncing so much. It was really sad until everyone realized that Tigger wasn't Tigger without his natural exuberance. So yes, Dabo gets really wound up from about November on, but we wouldn't want him to change!

That's why I admire Head Coach Will Muschamp of our UofSC Gamecocks. Not once have I heard him complain about his team being ranked behind Georgia in the CFP
