Coordinator Search

When coach DBS hired Morris and Venables he had nothing to sell but a vision of what Clemson could be. We are a national power now and the ability to hire a top tier coordinator is much easier. I am sure coach DBS already has a short list of candidates lined up. I will miss Venables but I look forward to the next chapter in Clemson football.

Dabo is an organizer and a planner. He knew this was going to eventually happen. I'm sure he has a solid plan. He has my trust.

Yep I trust Dabo to find a replacement. Dabos strength is recognizing and hiring great coaches. Dabo himself is not a great positional coach, coordinator or playcaller himself but he sure #### knows what one looks like.

Because he was just an average wide receivers coach. He has no offensive or defensive coordinator experience. When he overrode the playcalling it was the same crap as the guy calling it before him.

He 100% trusts his coordinators to do everything. He's a manager not a worker. Not sure you guys know that its different skill sets.

that is a different situation than having a guy here for a long time and grooming a replacement for when they leave for a HC position

Right! The next guy will probably be overwhelmed with the talent he has available when he gets here. Clemson will be lucky to win a dozen games next year!
