Biggest difference tonight was that our defensive scheme,

which the team executed VERY well, took Pitt right out of the post game they wanted to play.
That, and the fact that THEIR shooters looked like card carrying members of the Bricklayers Union Local tonight instead of us.

Solid win. Looked like they played a little better defense, buy why do they start doing it this late in the season?
Let's see if the Tigers have improved enough at Duke where they struggle so much even when there are no fans in the arena.

People won't be saying that after our next 8 games. We will lose at least 5 of those most likely.
Duke twice UNC Florida State twice Notre Dame Louisville on the road. Wake Forest
Then we can finish with
Boston College on the road Gtech Vtech
Probably .500 the rest of the way from here on out at best.

Unfortunately the path to an NCAA tournament now is almost impossible with early bad losses. Perry Clark calling the game in the ACC network made a great point. Brad does a good job in developing his house but all the good players leave our state. If Brad could get a recruiter to keep most of these good ones in state then we probably gonna get in tournament most each year. Maybe Clark could do that. Did he not coach at Furman years ago with a lot of success?
