are in place that prevent you from doing this. Knowing that the justice system doesn’t always deliver this, I like to keep an open mind. However, it seems like getting a counter-message out there isn’t as hard these days as in previous decades. For example, you don't need a newspaper or broadcast network to make your content available.

The prosecution would certainly want to see it before they got to trial so they wouldn't look like a bunch of idiots.
The defense would certainly like to see it to have the case thrown out before going to trial.

Only after months (maybe even a year) of trying to get my son to take a plea bargain did the prosecution finally give it to Micah’s attorney as Discovery. After reviewing it was able to identify who was who and that Micah did not have enough time to climb a 12’ tall fence, go bust a rock, climb back over and NEVER got a tool out of his truck nor put one back in it! BTW….. Less than three minutes to do all that. Impossible!
After finally getting the video I requested every video around the stadium. Guess how many we got? NONE!!
