I saw gamecockcentral creator made a collective called the Garnett trust that purely takes donations just to give for NIL deals, other colleges are doing as well as you can see with AM recent recruiting class. I mean it’s not what NIL was intended for but you got to keep up with Jones! (Not uscjr) but other programs around the country are doing this, clemson needs to have one as well. We might have one but I don’t see anything. I know our fan base could put together some real good money just a thought.

Clemson needs to be measured and effective on where recourses are used. Late to the grey area of NIL, overpaying for scraps with baggage as the chickens have done isn't the way forward.

Keep with the real intent and underlying principles of the rule, then you can do a victory lap on those that went down in flames going all in on pay-to-recruit.

OK bud I wouldn’t all Texas AM class scrap players it’s the best ever to be signed and it was due to their schools boosters/collective. I was using the Garnett trust as an example of how it works. No relation to the school it’s self, just like if ppl who made tnet decided to make a collective. I get it’s not what NiL was made for but make changes or you will be left behind sooner or later. Just saying while it’s there clemson should use it

I think that type of thing can't be done by the school but has to be initiated by private individuals which that was.

Ohiosuck putting Urban Meyer in charge of something similar was the best move I have seen. That will be hard for others to top.

A few like Oregon or those with old oil $ will lead the way.

I think it will be interesting as to what GT can do.
