Coastal Carolina got royally screwed last night

for anyone following. They are down 5-3 on the top pf the 9th to NC State in the deciding game. They load the bases with nobody out.

It's been raining all game but it's picked up slightly in the last couple of innings. As Coastal loads the bases the NC State coach complains about the rain and the umpires meet. Then the groundscrew takes over! ^


so now its postponed until today. All momentum Coastal had is completely gone. All though it will be a rough spot for a pitcher to go into the scenario cold today

Will Coastal still get to resume play as they left it last night,bases loaded
and no outs? If so,they didn't get screwed.

then my guess is the mound conditions were bad and the game needed to be stopped--


very tough for a pitcher to start cold with bases loaded an 1 out in that situation

Didn't get screwed too bad, CCU won 7-5 and advance.
