Bet Coach Morris regrets his decision

Not saying he built all of Coach Dykes' team b/c he didn't, but he would have had a good team. A lot of SMU players have transferred in.

They're in one of the most talented rich areas of the country, and they have a lot to sell recruits.They just opened a brand new indoor practice facility, and the school is located in a lively area of Dallas. Good players that don't get the offer or opportunity they were looking for also play with a nice edge.

His father was Spike Dykes coach at Texas Tech.

Had success as position/OC coach - particularly with WR’s. Had good run at La Tech (WAC COY in 2011) - not so good at California - fired after 4th season ..... This is second year at SMU - obviously successful so far .... Interviewed for SCar and Baylor HC positions - obviously not hired ...
