Coach Penley let go

Should Coach Penley be let go? Our mens golf program use to compete for ACC/National Championships ever year, now its lucky to even make the NCAA tournament.
I know Coach Penley has done a lot for the Clemson program but he has not done squat since 2003! The program is in a downward trend just like what happened to our soccer program.

If you follow Clemson golf at all, then you know that this team was very young. Coach P hasa great track record and hasn't lost it yet.

mantra is this for any struggling sport
If you follow Clemson (insert sport) at all, then you know that this team was very (young, old, injured, or screwed over by refs). Coach (Insert coach's name here)has a great track record and (should or should not) be fired.

Clemson has not even come close to winning an ACC Championship or National Championship since 2003
We use to be a top 5 program, now Augusta State and other schools have a better program that us.

But seriously, we have some young talent who may be able to make a run next year. I really don't understand the decline, but feel like it's tough to blame Penley... although I don't know who else to blame.
