I am positive Coach Dabo is underpaid in today's market. He took us to another level as to $$ coming into the college. He has been a real bargain.

Why is Coach V tied in some/any way as to what assitants make at other schools? Free market performance means he is above that market.

I say step out of the box and pay Coach V on different level (at least $5M). That is sound economics for what he brings to the table. He is an exception, treat him as one.

completely agree.earlier,as humor,i posted that it was rumored that DS and BV were willing to take a pay cut based on having 3 losses this season.think there were 5 or 6 replies all of which took the post seriously.a sense of humor must be becoming an increasingly rare commodity.this is true though.ted williams,my boyhoood hero,actually went to the red sox front office one year and offered to take a pay cut,because his previous year's performance was up to expectations.imagine that happening in this day and age.
