It won't be easy, IMO, but we win this in a workmanlike fashion grinding it out all the way and come out on top after a war on the field. JMO, but I see them as desperately trying to reestablish themselves as relevant, but they will be up against a Clemson team so much more relevant. We win in a slobber knocker, blue collar, basic fashion way.

If there were ever two people who should never be mentioned in the same breath, it's them!

They are diametrical opposites.

Whats the difference in pulling a Clowney and

pulling a Spurrier? The results look similar. I wonder if the Ole Sack sees Clowney pulling himself out the lineup against Kentucky any differently than him quitting mid season?

Normally I also have that feeling about games like this but I genuinely

Don't see how auburn could keep up with us or stop us. Who's going to be throwing the ball for auburn to put up all these points? Last I checked their ab situation was among the worst in the SEC. Their defense was horrendous even with Muschamp and he's supposed to be some sort of defensive mastermind. I personally think Muschamp is a mediocre coach at best but he's for sure better than Kevin Steele on the defensive side of the ball.

I think we open a can of whoop #### on auburn.

I hope you are right, and I don't fear Auburn, but I don't expect a curb stomping to be put on them, just because of their defense. I hope I'm wrong, and they throw in the towel, but I predict war, and we win it, by the way.

This article should read Watson for Heisman

not about Clowney...Cluck Herbystrieter

flag link military_tech thumb_downthumb_up

Just don't see a defense with its 3rd DC in 3 years being that strong***

Re: Especially one coached by Kevin Steele***

Auburn has a lot of talent on defense, but what will Kevin Steele do with it? We all remember the infamous Orange Bowl (to be fair, 21 of those points were off turnovers), but the 2010 defense was pretty good.

IIRC he's an NFL guy who tried to run a defense that was far too complicated for college players. His defenses struggled with the triple option and mobile QBs.

flag link military_tech thumb_downthumb_up

So, is he saying they are "Auburning?" Sure sounds like he's calling Auburning.***

Knowing that Watson played against SCar with torn ACL...

Aug 25, 2016, 1:20 PM

a couple years ago, basically, he's on the other end of the spectrum from being Clowney.

And some people still say he's a "run-first" QB.

because of their defense. Ok, he does know who their DC is right?

Clowney was a good football player. Watson is a great man.

That's why DW4 would never give less than everything he's got.

Clowney was a good college football player. Even accounting for injuries, he's struggled adapting to the NFL game.
