Clowney has always been, and will be, the number one pick in the draft. Don't forget why these "reality" shows are so popular. The networks infuse all of this scripted drama to make it more interesting to the cerebrally challenged, who actually believe it is reality. Just like the "sudden" interest in Clemson for the two weeks before he announced his decision to sign with SC out of high school. Why then? He had never mentioned the Tigers before, and didn't appear the least bit interested. ESPN needed to manufacture some drama, because everyone knew where he was going. What better way to accomplish "drama" than have instate rivals compete for the best player in the country, ensuring great ratings for his "special" signing day? Loads of credit here to Dabo, who was smart enough to understand the value of the resulting publicity, even if he wasn't going to get the player.

As in.....impartial about knowing that Clowney is the real deal? Or would you still be bitter about his performances against the Tigers? BTW, I've never said I was impartial, but I'm mature enough to give credit when and where it is due, even to a rival, which is more than I can certainly say about you!
