I always seem to have an issue. First they tell me to use the app….then they tell me not to use the app. I hope it gets easier next year

I had received tickets via electronic transfer for the Wake game that I had already accepted, and had even successfully transferred several of them to others. Now when I try to access my account on the evenue website I am getting a message telling me that I’m in a “virtual waiting room” due to heavy demand. This has been the situation for at least the past 24 hours. I’m at a loss - I guess I’ll try to get in touch with IPTAY tomorrow.
