Clemson vs Iowa tomorrow...

at 7pm on CBS Sports Network. Iowa is -7 favored. Will have to play the best defense and offense by far to win. Iowa might be underrated at ranked #25. Iowa has been scoring a lot and blowing out teams including on the road at Seton Hall. Key will be who can guard athletic small foward Chris Murray who is a college player of year candidate averaging over 20 pts a game. I don't know if Tyson is quick enough. Galloway played decent vs GG Jackson for Coots in second half but not sure at 6-2 he can do that vs a seasoned offensive threat like Murray. Godfrey might have the tools but is he experienced enough?

Godfrey looks the part.. combination of big and athletic but your right idk if he is ready to shut down a veteran like that.. Tyson will probably be the man for the most part and probably our best option. I haven’t watched Iowa play so not sure how good he is but if he’s as quick as you say I’m not sure we have a guy who matches up great at this point in the season.

this was where Clemson really messed out on getting an athletic big wing in the portal with their last spot they didn't use. David Collins would have been decent at it, but that was last season. Iowa really has guys that can shoot the ball from 3. The Tigers biggest weakness on defense by far. This is not a good match up. Clemson might have the advantage inside if Hall plays back to normal.

Tyson, Godfrey or Wiggins can guard him. I'm afraid believing would be a matchup problem.

Godfrey has all the athleticism in the world. He will be a lockdown defender eventually, but he needs to learn to play D without fouling.
