Yep, there was a thread earlier about that. Look I'm sure there were other teams thinking of doing this in the Tournament.
This stuff is growing nation wide. What did y'all think about DRad and Ray Tanner meeting with the State Senate in Columbia to talk about likeness and marketing for athletes yesterday?

It's best to be prepared for something that is definitely happening.

I really don't care what they do. I love college sports, but I have a lot of other interests and the money I spend on IPTAY and tickets would go a long way in some of my other hobbies. The problem is, that probably none of the players that are leading the protest are the ones whose name, likeness, or image are going to be in demand.

Thank goodness they weren’t focused on winning the game. Some things are more important than sports, even if you’re on scholarship.

Yep the college game is being ruined. Everybody has an agenda. Just play the dang game, go to class, be a kid.

People are taught to be victims now. No gratitude whatsoever.

The college game has been ruined and will never recover, can you imagine how difficult it has to be for a coach. Long gone are the days of opening doors for others, saluting the flag, saying the pledge of allegiance, respecting others, acknowledging God our creator and a million others. May God have mercy on us for allowing the greatest country to ever exist, to be destroyed while we looked on and did nothing!!

The only things that hurt it were the one and done and the new transfer rules. The one and done is the main thing though.

"One and done" is not an NCAA rule. The NCAA can do pretty much zero about the NBA's age limits.

Absolutely agree. I recently held a door at a hotel for an elderly couple struggling with their bags. They refused to go through the door while I held it. I closed the door and they proceeded to struggle through the door. Also got pissed when I said “yes ma’am”. Crazy world.

Perfect example on how to keep distractions away from your team before the biggest game of the year and many player’s careers.
Way to go coach....SMH....
