Any guess on a game time? They usually announce the first one in spring but I'm guessing ABC 8 pm. Should be a shoot out with them losing their entire defense and our defense still struggling ( I do believe Venables will have our defense ranked in the top 20 by mid year). I still see a 42-24 type win for the Tigers especially if its at night. After that I don't see another game in the schedule that we could lose. The ACC will be down one more year and the coots lose too many players on defense. We will light up their scoreboard and continue collecting rent at Death Valley south

luckily, we don't play them. Miami was actually close to being a pretty good team this year, and UNC was an 8 win team that was on probation. Unfortunately, NC State probably won't be great with a first year head coach. BC can't really get any worse, and neither can Wake Forest. Maryland had a good defense this year, and they should be much better on offense with their top 4 QBs actually in the lineup.
Whether the conference is any good or not probably depends on GT, NC St, BC, Miami and UVa having good years. Otherwise, it's going to be Clemson, FSU, and VT trying to hold the torch again, with UNC hot on their heels.

We return our punter and 5 starters on defense who started against clemson last month. clemson returns 6 starters on a defense ranked 74th in the country, when we play again at Williams-Brice stadium. Chad Morris' offense has scored a total of 30 points while going 0-2 against Carolina.

Home field advantage hasn't meant much in this rivalry. Also, I don't think Clemson has played UNC since Morris came to Clemson.

You guys touted "home field advantage" before this year's game. And I suspect you will tout it again in 2014.
